Responsibilities
- Safely operate company-provided refrigerated/dry van trucks for regional routes
- Conduct daily pre/post-trip inspections and digital logbook maintenance
- Coordinate with dispatch for optimized delivery schedules and customer communications
- Adhere to FMCSA regulations and company safety protocols
- Load/unload freight using pallet jacks and dock equipment
- Utilize GPS tracking systems for real-time route management
- Submit timely documentation (BOLs, delivery confirmations)
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with minimum 2 years verifiable experience
- Clean MVR (no DUIs, reckless driving, or major preventable accidents)
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Experience with refrigerated transport preferred
- Proficient in electronic logging devices (ELD)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs repeatedly
- Willingness to work flexible schedules including weekends
