Responsibilities
- Safely operate tractor-trailer units to transport goods across designated routes
- Conduct pre-trip inspections and maintain accurate vehicle maintenance logs
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Load/unload shipments with proper handling techniques
- Communicate effectively with dispatch team and clients
- Manage delivery timelines and documentation accurately
- Represent Prime Transport Solutions professionally at all customer sites
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (no DUIs in past 5 years)
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Basic math skills for weight calculations and delivery documentation
- Willingness to obtain CDL-A (training provided)
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Flexibility for regional routes and overnight trips
- Must be 21+ years old
