Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles, adhering to all traffic laws and company policies.
- Perform detailed pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance.
- Load and unload freight efficiently, ensuring cargo is secured properly.
- Maintain accurate electronic logging device (ELD) records and delivery documentation.
- Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries and pickups.
- Adhere to strict schedules to meet delivery deadlines.
Qualifications
- Clean driving record (MVR) with no more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years.
- Ability to pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical and drug screen.
- Valid Class A or Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) or ability to obtain one.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and sitting for extended periods.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
