Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles to transport goods across the Southeast
- Conduct pre-trip inspections and maintain accurate vehicle logs
- Load/unload cargo with proper handling techniques
- Adhere to DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients
- Manage delivery schedules and maintain timeliness
- Participate in ongoing safety training programs
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B driver's license (CDL training provided)
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Basic math skills for weight calculations
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Clean driving record (minor violations negotiable)
- No prior CDL required - we train from scratch!
