Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial Class A trucks in adherence to all Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure mechanical safety.
- Load and unload cargo securely, ensuring proper weight distribution.
- Maintain accurate Electronic Logging Device (ELD) records and delivery logs.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding delivery schedules and any delays.
- Uphold the company’s high standards of safety and professional appearance.
Qualifications
- Clean driving record (MVR) with no major violations in the last 3-5 years.
- Ability to pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical examination and drug screen.
- Willingness to obtain a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL Class A) through our paid training program if not currently held.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to meet strict delivery deadlines.
- Must be at least 21 years of age and possess a valid US work authorization.
