Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles for local and regional deliveries
- Adhere to DOT regulations and maintain accurate driving logs
- Inspect vehicles before/during/after shifts for safety compliance
- Load/unload freight with proper handling techniques
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients
- Complete delivery paperwork and documentation
- Participate in ongoing safety training programs
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Basic math skills for weight and distance calculations
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- No CDL required (training provided)
- Flexibility to work early mornings and weekends
- Willingness to obtain Class A CDL within 90 days
