Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles to transport goods across Michigan and surrounding states
- Conduct pre-trip inspections and maintain accurate vehicle logs
- Load/unload shipments with proper handling techniques
- Adhere to DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Communicate effectively with dispatch team and clients
- Maintain clean driving record and professional appearance
Qualifications
- Valid Michigan driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic math and communication skills
- Willingness to obtain CDL-A license (company-sponsored training available)
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- No prior commercial driving experience necessary
