Responsibilities
- Deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses in a safe, timely, and professional manner.
- Inspect vehicles for cleanliness and mechanical issues before and after each shift.
- Interact professionally with customers, ensuring a positive brand experience and resolving issues as they arise.
- Accurately document delivery information and proof of delivery using handheld devices.
- Load and unload cargo safely, adhering to all safety protocols and weight limits.
- Maintain a clean driving record and adhere to all traffic laws and company policies.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver’s License with a clean driving record (no more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years).
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screen.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for extended periods.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Basic computer literacy for logging hours and GPS navigation.
