Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages, food, and supplies to designated locations using company vehicles
- Verify delivery addresses and maintain accurate delivery records via mobile app
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Manage time effectively to meet delivery schedules and optimize routes
- Assist with loading/unloading packages at warehouse locations
- Communicate delivery status and delays to dispatch team in real-time
Qualifications
- Valid Missouri driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations in 3 years)
- Minimum 18 years of age with reliable transportation to depot
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Basic smartphone proficiency for GPS and delivery tracking apps
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Willingness to pass background check and drug screening
