Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport packages and goods to residential and commercial locations.
- Ensure all deliveries are made on time and in accordance with company standards.
- Practice proper safety protocols and vehicle maintenance checks before, during, and after routes.
- Interact professionally and courteously with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Accurately handle cash transactions and maintain delivery logs/digital records.
- Unload packages and ensure they are placed in designated areas without damage.
- Adhere to traffic laws and company driving policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License (Class C) with a clean driving record (no more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently.
- Physically capable of lifting packages weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills for logging deliveries and using handheld devices.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
