Responsibilities
- Load and unload packages safely and efficiently using hand trucks or dollies.
- Verify delivery addresses and ensure the correct items are handed over to customers.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional appearance at all times.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while operating the vehicle.
- Use mobile applications to log delivery statuses and manage route information.
- Handle customer inquiries with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Perform basic vehicle maintenance checks and report any issues immediately.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Clear driving record with no major violations.
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and smartphone proficiency for navigation.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
