Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages, food, and merchandise to Boston-area customers
- Maintain accurate delivery records and proof of delivery documentation
- Operate company-provided vehicles following all safety protocols
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Optimize routes using our GPS technology to ensure timely deliveries
- Inspect and maintain vehicle cleanliness and operational readiness
- Communicate effectively with dispatch team regarding delivery status
Qualifications
- Valid Massachusetts driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Basic smartphone proficiency for app navigation
- Positive attitude and commitment to customer satisfaction
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
- No prior delivery experience required (training provided)
- Must pass background check and drug screening
