Responsibilities
- Safely deliver food, packages, and retail items to customers across San Diego County
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and route optimization using GPS technology
- Provide exceptional customer service through friendly interactions and on-time arrivals
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and maintain cleanliness of delivery vehicles
- Collaborate with dispatch team to resolve delivery issues and ensure customer satisfaction
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Process cashless payments and manage inventory during deliveries
Qualifications
- Valid California driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Ability to operate vehicles up to 10,000 lbs GVWR
- Basic smartphone proficiency for navigation and order management
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Positive attitude and commitment to punctuality
