Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles to deliver packages and goods within designated Dallas routes
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation using our proprietary tracking system
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions and address concerns promptly
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs immediately
- Optimize delivery routes using GPS technology to ensure timely arrivals
- Collaborate with dispatch team to resolve delivery exceptions and delays
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols at all times
Qualifications
- Valid Texas Driver's License with clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year commercial driving experience or equivalent delivery background
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and navigate multi-story buildings
- Proficient with smartphone navigation apps and basic technology
- Strong time-management skills with ability to meet strict delivery windows
- Pass background check and drug screening (mandatory)
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays during peak seasons
