- Safely and efficiently deliver food packages, retail goods, and time-sensitive materials to customers across Raleigh
- Maintain pristine vehicle condition through daily inspections and cleanliness protocols
- Optimize delivery routes using GPS technology to ensure on-time performance
- Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries and handle order discrepancies professionally
- Complete accurate delivery documentation and maintain real-time communication via our mobile app
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety standards at all times
- Collaborate with dispatch team to resolve delivery challenges proactively
Qualifications
- Valid North Carolina driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations in 3+ years)
- Minimum 1 year professional driving experience with reliable vehicle
- Strong knowledge of Raleigh metro area streets and traffic patterns
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs repeatedly during shift
- Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities
- Professional communication skills and customer-focused attitude
- Smartphone proficiency for delivery tracking apps
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
