Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial locations across Philadelphia
- Operate company vehicles in compliance with traffic laws and safety protocols
- Load/unload packages with care, ensuring no damage during transit
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and obtain customer signatures when required
- Communicate delivery status and resolve any customer inquiries promptly
- Perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Adhere to delivery schedules and optimize routes for time efficiency
Qualifications
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong knowledge of Philadelphia streets and surrounding areas
- Reliable transportation to/from shift location
- Excellent time management and punctuality
- Basic smartphone proficiency for GPS navigation
- Customer service-oriented mindset with professional communication skills
- No commercial license required (training provided)
