Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver food, retail, or e-commerce orders to customers throughout San Francisco
- Maintain clean, organized, and temperature-controlled vehicles using provided equipment
- Utilize GPS navigation systems to optimize routes and ensure on-time deliveries
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Manage payment processing and accurate order documentation
- Report vehicle maintenance issues and follow preventative maintenance schedules
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid California driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Minimum 1 year professional driving or delivery experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and navigate stairs
- Strong knowledge of San Francisco geography and traffic patterns
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Exceptional customer communication abilities
- Smartphone proficiency for delivery app usage
- Pass background check and drug screening
