Responsibilities
- Timely and safe delivery of packages to residential and commercial addresses across Boston
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and digital tracking systems
- Provide exceptional customer service during drop-offs and address inquiries
- Inspect and maintain vehicle cleanliness, fuel levels, and mechanical safety
- Adhere to traffic laws and company safety protocols at all times
- Communicate delivery status updates to dispatch team in real-time
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (minimum 1 year)
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs regularly
- Smartphone proficiency for navigation and delivery apps
- Reliable transportation to/from shift location
