Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages and food orders to residential and commercial addresses
- Verify order accuracy and maintain delivery logs for tracking purposes
- Provide exceptional customer service during interactions and resolve delivery issues promptly
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols at all times
- Perform basic vehicle maintenance checks and report mechanical concerns
- Optimize routes using GPS technology to ensure timely deliveries
- Assist with warehouse duties when not actively delivering (loading/unloading)
Qualifications
- Valid Arizona driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations)
- Must be at least 18 years old with reliable personal vehicle (or ability to use company vehicle)
- Strong sense of direction and familiarity with Mesa area roads
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs comfortably and stand for extended periods
- Excellent time management and punctuality skills
- Basic smartphone proficiency for navigation and communication apps
- Positive attitude and commitment to customer satisfaction
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
