Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial locations using company-provided vehicles
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures when required
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols at all times
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Assist with sorting and loading packages at the distribution center
- Communicate effectively with dispatch regarding delivery status and any issues
Qualifications
- Valid Indiana driver's license with clean driving record (minimum 2 years)
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Basic smartphone proficiency for navigation and delivery tracking
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work independently while following established procedures
- Pass background check and drug screening
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
