Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (dry van/reefer) across regional routes
- Perform daily pre/post-trip inspections and document vehicle conditions
- Adhere to HOS regulations and maintain accurate electronic logs
- Load/unload cargo using proper techniques and equipment
- Communicate with dispatch and clients regarding delivery status
- Resolve route issues while maintaining on-time performance
- Participate in ongoing safety and compliance training
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license (or ability to obtain within 60 days)
- Minimum 21 years of age
- Clean MVR with no major violations (DUI, reckless driving)
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Basic familiarity with DOT regulations
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly
- Strong commitment to safety protocols
- Willingness to work flexible schedules (weekends/nights)
