Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles for overnight freight transport
- Adhere to strict delivery schedules and DOT regulations
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and vehicle maintenance checks
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation and electronic logs
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and warehouse teams
- Ensure secure cargo handling and loading/unloading procedures
- Represent the company professionally in all customer interactions
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B CDL with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate in various weather conditions
- Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Excellent time management and route navigation skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Willingness to work flexible overnight schedule
