Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (Class A trucks) to transport goods across designated routes
- Conduct pre-trip inspections and ensure vehicle maintenance compliance
- Adhere to DOT regulations and company safety protocols at all times
- Manage delivery schedules and communicate with dispatch/clients
- Maintain accurate logs and documentation of deliveries
- Provide exceptional customer service during loading/unloading operations
- Participate in ongoing safety training and performance reviews
Qualifications
- Valid Washington State Driver's License (minimum 1 year clean record)
- Ability to obtain Class A CDL within 90 days of hire (training provided)
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Basic math and communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions
- Flexibility for early morning shifts and occasional overnight trips
- No DUI convictions within past 5 years
- Willingness to complete company-sponsored training program
