Responsibilities
- Operate commercial vehicles safely across Texas and surrounding regions
- Complete pre-trip inspections and maintain accurate logbooks
- Load/unload freight with proper handling techniques
- Adhere to all FMCSA regulations and company safety protocols
- Provide excellent customer service during delivery interactions
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and team members
- Participate in ongoing training to develop advanced driving skills
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Willingness to obtain CDL-A through company training
- Basic math skills for weight calculations and documentation
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends
