Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles to transport goods across Pennsylvania and neighboring states
- Conduct pre-trip inspections and ensure vehicle compliance with DOT regulations
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation
- Collaborate with dispatch team for efficient route planning and delivery schedules
- Provide exceptional customer service during loading/unloading operations
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies at all times
- Complete ongoing training to maintain CDL certification and safety standards
Qualifications
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license (Class A or B learner's permit acceptable)
- Ability to obtain CDL-A within 90 days of hire
- Clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Basic math skills for load calculations and documentation
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights/weekends
- Willingness to travel overnight (home daily routes available)
- No CDL experience required – we train from the ground up!
