Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles to transport goods across regional routes
- Perform pre-trip inspections and maintain accurate vehicle maintenance logs
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Manage delivery schedules and communicate effectively with dispatch teams
- Provide excellent customer service during loading/unloading operations
- Document all transport activities and submit timely paperwork
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) required
- Minimum 1 year of verifiable driving experience (or equivalent training)
- Clean driving record with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Basic knowledge of commercial vehicle systems and safety procedures
- Strong communication skills and reliability
- Willingness to work flexible schedules including nights/weekends
