Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (Class A CDL) for local/regional deliveries
- Adhere to all DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Complete accurate pre-trip/post-trip inspections and documentation
- Maintain clean driving record and logbooks
- Provide excellent customer service during delivery interactions
- Collaborate with dispatch team for efficient route optimization
- Secure cargo properly and handle loading/unloading as needed
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 6 months prior driving experience (or CDL school graduate)
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Basic knowledge of DOT regulations and safety standards
- Strong time management and route navigation skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Positive attitude and commitment to safety
