Responsibilities
- Safely operate dump trucks and heavy machinery to transport construction materials and debris.
- Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure compliance with DOT regulations.
- Load and unload materials using forklifts, skid steers, or hand tools efficiently.
- Maintain accurate daily logs and maintain a clean driving record.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and site supervisors regarding delivery schedules and potential hazards.
Qualifications
- Valid CDL Class B license with a clean driving record (MVR).
- Willingness to obtain necessary endorsements (Tanker, Hazmat) with company support.
- Physically capable of lifting heavy loads and performing manual labor.
- Strong adherence to safety protocols and traffic laws.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
