Responsibilities
- Safely operate company-provided dump trucks for material transport across job sites
- Perform daily pre/post-trip inspections and maintenance documentation
- Adhere to strict DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Coordinate with dispatch and site supervisors for efficient route planning
- Load/unload materials using proper techniques and equipment
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and paperwork
- Operate in various weather conditions and terrain types
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record (MVR required)
- Minimum 2 years dump truck or heavy equipment experience
- Ability to pass background check and DOT physical
- Knowledge of Mesa/Phoenix metro area and surrounding regions
- Strong focus on safety and operational efficiency
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate manual controls
- Excellent time management and communication skills
