Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 Strategic Roadmap, translating high-level business goals into operational milestones.
- Conduct deep-dive market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities for expansion.
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align Engineering, Marketing, and Sales teams on long-term objectives.
- Develop financial models and forecasting tools to predict growth trajectories and resource allocation needs.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure the 2026 vision remains achievable and relevant.
- Communicate complex strategic concepts to stakeholders at all levels, ensuring clarity and buy-in.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Strategic Planning, Management Consulting, or Product Strategy.
- Proven track record of leading organizational change and executing long-term roadmaps (3-5 year horizon).
- Advanced degree (MBA or MSc) in Business Administration, Strategy, or a related field is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize large datasets into actionable insights.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence without authority.
- Experience in the Technology or SaaS sector is a significant plus.
