Key Responsibilities:

- Define the 2026 Vision: Spearhead the creation of the company's long-term strategic roadmap, identifying key opportunities and potential threats in the market.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Translate high-level business objectives into detailed technical and operational roadmaps, ensuring alignment across all departments.
- Market Analysis: Conduct deep-dive research on emerging technologies and industry trends to forecast future needs and competitive advantages.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead and mentor a diverse team of strategists, ensuring clear communication and execution of strategic initiatives.
- Stakeholder Management: Present complex strategic concepts to executive stakeholders and secure buy-in for major projects.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor the effectiveness of strategic initiatives and pivot tactics as necessary to maximize ROI.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in strategy, product management, or technical consulting, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA is preferred.
- Tech Savviness: Deep understanding of current and emerging technologies (AI, Cloud, Blockchain) and their application in business strategy.
