Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial delivery vehicles to transport goods to residential and commercial locations.
- Ensure all packages are handled with care and delivered in a timely manner.
- Interact professionally with customers, including handling difficult situations with a smile.
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure safety compliance.
- Load and unload merchandise accurately using hand trucks and pallet jacks.
- Update delivery status via mobile app and ensure accurate paperwork is completed.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Commercial Driver's License (CDL) or equivalent state license.
- Clean driving record with no major traffic violations in the last 3 years.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy for logging deliveries.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Must be able to work in all weather conditions.
