Responsibilities
- Safely transport packages and food deliveries throughout San Diego County using GPS navigation
- Maintain pristine vehicle condition through daily inspections and preventative maintenance
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions and handle special requests
- Efficiently manage delivery routes to maximize time and fuel efficiency
- Accurately document deliveries and maintain digital records via our mobile app
- Collaborate with dispatch team to optimize delivery schedules and resolve issues
- Adhere to all traffic regulations and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid California driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Minimum 1 year professional delivery or commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Smartphone proficiency for delivery apps and communication tools
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
- Background check and drug test clearance required
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
