Responsibilities
- Safely transport packages to residential and commercial addresses throughout New York.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols to ensure accident-free driving.
- Provide exceptional customer service by handling packages with care and communicating professionally.
- Use handheld delivery management devices to track progress and update delivery statuses in real-time.
- Inspect vehicles before and after shifts to ensure cleanliness and mechanical safety.
- Resolve delivery issues and manage customer inquiries efficiently on-site.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age and possess a valid Class C Driver's License.
- Must have a clean driving record with no major violations (DUI, reckless driving, etc.).
- Access to a reliable, insured vehicle (or willingness to use company vehicle).
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Proficient in using smartphone applications and GPS navigation systems.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
