Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport packages to residential and commercial locations.
- Load and unload goods accurately, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage.
- Verify delivery addresses and obtain electronic signatures or proof of delivery when required.
- Maintain a clean, professional appearance and uphold company standards for vehicle cleanliness.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and resolving delivery issues professionally.
- Manage time effectively to ensure on-time delivery schedules are met.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver’s License and a clean driving record (no major violations).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Basic knowledge of the Fresno, CA area and surrounding routes.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Reliable access to a smartphone for route updates and communication.
