Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport packages and goods throughout Virginia Beach
- Load/unload cargo with proper handling techniques to ensure product integrity
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and obtain customer signatures
- Optimize routes for timely deliveries using GPS navigation systems
- Conduct pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong knowledge of Virginia Beach roadways and landmarks
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation to and from our distribution center
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
