Responsibilities
- Safely deliver packages and food orders to customers across Oakland
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and ensure cleanliness/fuel levels
- Optimize routes using GPS navigation systems
- Communicate delivery status with dispatch team
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve delivery issues
Qualifications
- Valid California driver's license with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year delivery or commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Strong knowledge of Oakland streets and neighborhoods
- Excellent time management and customer service skills
- Must pass background check and drug screening
