Responsibilities
- Deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses in a safe and timely manner.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols while driving.
- Inspect vehicles daily to ensure they are clean and in proper working order.
- Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients.
- Log delivery information accurately into the mobile tracking system.
- Maintain a professional appearance and a courteous demeanor.
- Pick up and return packages as per the assigned route.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License required.
- Clean driving record (no major infractions within the last 3 years).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Basic knowledge of local roads and geography in the Kansas City area.
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs occasionally.
- Reliable smartphone for navigation and logging.
