Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles to deliver packages and goods across Cleveland and surrounding areas
- Maintain accurate delivery records and customer communication via mobile app
- Perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Optimize routes for efficiency using GPS navigation systems
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Assist with loading/unloading operations as needed
Qualifications
- Valid Ohio driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly during shifts
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience with package delivery or customer service preferred
- Strong navigation skills and familiarity with Cleveland area
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Reliable smartphone with data plan
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
