Responsibilities
- Safely deliver packages and goods to residential and commercial locations throughout Boston
- Optimize daily routes using our advanced GPS navigation system
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Provide exceptional customer service during all interactions
- Load/unload packages with proper handling techniques
- Adhere strictly to traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Collaborate with dispatch team for real-time route adjustments
Qualifications
- Valid Massachusetts driver's license with clean driving record (no DUIs in past 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year professional driving experience
- Ability to lift packages up to 60 pounds repeatedly
- Strong knowledge of Boston streets and neighborhoods
- Proficient with smartphone navigation apps
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
- Must pass background check and drug screening
