Your Role:
You will be the face of our brand, responsible for ensuring our customers receive a professional and friendly experience. This is a great opportunity for those who enjoy driving and providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Deliver packages and documents to residential and commercial addresses in the Tucson area in a safe, timely, and efficient manner.
- Interact professionally and positively with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any delivery issues.
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure the vehicle is in excellent working condition.
- Utilize company-provided handheld devices for route planning, navigation, and proof of delivery.
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle interior at all times.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, DOT regulations, and company safety policies.
- Collect and process payment or proof of delivery signatures accurately.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record (no major violations in the last 3 years).
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently.
- Physically capable of lifting, carrying, and moving packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Proficiency with smartphone technology and GPS navigation systems.
- Must have access to reliable personal transportation to and from the depot.
