Responsibilities
- Safely transport packages to residential and commercial addresses in a timely and professional manner.
- Practice excellent customer service by greeting customers and handling packages with care.
- Perform daily vehicle inspections, maintenance checks, and keep the vehicle clean and organized.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols to ensure zero accidents.
- Log delivery information accurately into the handheld device or delivery management system.
- Handle package returns and address customer inquiries efficiently.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License (Class C or higher) with a clean driving record (no major violations within the last 3 years).
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Reliable, personal vehicle (or ability to obtain a company vehicle if applicable).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
