Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles and navigate San Jose streets efficiently
- Load/unload packages with proper handling techniques
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures
- Perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Communicate delivery status through our proprietary tracking app
- Adhere to traffic laws and company safety protocols at all times
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
Qualifications
- Valid California driver's license with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Smartphone proficiency for GPS and communication apps
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Knowledge of San Jose geography preferred
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent required
