Responsibilities
- Safely transport packages and food orders to Nashville customers using company vehicles
- Optimize delivery routes to maximize efficiency and meet time-sensitive deadlines
- Provide exceptional customer service with professional communication and order verification
- Maintain accurate delivery records and collect payments when required
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Adhere to traffic laws and company safety protocols at all times
- Collaborate with dispatch team to resolve delivery issues proactively
Qualifications
- Valid Tennessee driver's license with clean driving record (minimum 1 year)
- Ability to operate standard transmission vehicles (training provided)
- Smartphone proficiency for GPS navigation and delivery apps
- Strong time management skills with punctuality as a priority
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout shift
- Reliable transportation to/from Nashville depot for start/end of shifts
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and route planning
