Responsibilities
- Safely transport packages to designated addresses in the Los Angeles metropolitan area.
- Load and unload goods from delivery vehicles using proper lifting techniques and equipment.
- Verify delivery addresses and obtain signatures upon completion of the drop-off.
- Maintain the cleanliness, safety, and fuel efficiency of the delivery vehicle at all times.
- Provide exceptional customer service to every client interaction, maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Report any vehicle issues, damages, or delivery problems to management immediately.
- Complete daily logs, mileage reports, and paperwork accurately and on time.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record (no DUIs in the last 3 years).
- Minimum of 1 year of driving experience (commercial or passenger vehicle).
- Ability to lift, push, and pull packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly during shifts.
- Access to a reliable personal vehicle (if not provided by company) or willingness to drive company vehicle.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Strong communication skills and basic smartphone proficiency for navigation and app use.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and adhere to a strict schedule.
