Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages within designated Dallas metro routes
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and obtain customer signatures
- Perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Optimize delivery routes using GPS technology to ensure on-time service
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Collaborate with dispatch team to resolve delivery exceptions
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Class C driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Minimum 1 year professional driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Strong knowledge of Dallas metro area geography
- Proficient with smartphone navigation apps
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Pass background check and drug screening
