Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (Class A CDL) for overnight deliveries across New Mexico
- Adhere to strict DOT regulations and maintain accurate trip logs
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and minor vehicle maintenance
- Coordinate with dispatch for real-time route adjustments and load management
- Ensure temperature-sensitive cargo integrity during transit
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Utilize GPS systems for efficient navigation and time management
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years commercial driving experience
- Night shift availability (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Knowledge of FMCSA regulations and safety protocols
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate loading equipment
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience with refrigerated transport preferred
