Responsibilities
- Safely transport packages to residential and commercial clients throughout Seattle and surrounding areas.
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and maintenance checks before and after shifts.
- Provide excellent customer service during drop-offs and handle all packages with care to prevent damage.
- Update delivery status accurately in the dispatch system and communicate delays immediately.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Assist in loading and unloading packages efficiently to optimize delivery routes.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver’s License with a clean driving record (no DUIs or serious traffic violations).
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Familiarity with GPS navigation and smartphone applications for route planning.
- Must pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
- Strong time management skills and a professional, friendly demeanor.
