Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles to deliver packages and food orders within San Jose and surrounding areas
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and update tracking systems in real-time
- Verify package contents and customer information before each delivery
- Provide exceptional customer service during interactions at delivery points
- Perform routine vehicle maintenance checks and report any issues promptly
- Adhere to traffic laws and safety regulations at all times
- Collaborate with dispatch team to optimize delivery routes and timelines
Qualifications
- Valid California driver's license with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year professional driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong knowledge of San Jose streets and Bay Area geography
- Proficiency with smartphone navigation apps and delivery tracking systems
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
