Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver food, packages, and retail orders to customers within Sacramento
- Maintain accurate delivery records and provide real-time order updates via our mobile app
- Inspect and maintain assigned vehicle (company-provided) for optimal safety and performance
- Provide exceptional customer service during all interactions and resolve delivery inquiries
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Manage multiple delivery routes efficiently to meet time-sensitive deadlines
- Communicate proactively with dispatch team regarding route changes or delays
Qualifications
- Valid California driver's license with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year professional driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Strong knowledge of Sacramento streets and neighborhoods
- Smartphone proficiency for GPS navigation and order management
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Positive attitude and commitment to customer satisfaction
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
